Israel general: ‘Israel should prepare for a multifront fight’

Resigned Israeli Major General Yitzhak Brik cautioned on Friday that Israel won’t keep on existing on the off chance that it doesn’t prepare for a multifront fight, Quds Press revealed.

Keeping in touch with the Hebrew paper Maariv, Brik shared his view that the new Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army Herzi Halevi will have a “troublesome and complex heritage” and offered him, counsel.

Brik approached Halevi to: “Recover the discouragement of the Israeli armed force and prepare for the multifront fight from now.”

He added: “The mission of the new head of staff is troublesome in light of the fact that the circumstance inside the tactical powers is troublesome, and could push the country to a significant public fiasco in any future conflict.”

Brik approached Halevi to surrender the strategies of his ancestors and “do a full revision process inside the military.”

Brik highlighted the: “Significance of shaping areas of strength for another subjective armed force with elevated degrees of military professionality.”

He added: “The [Israeli] armed force is outfitted with current and cutting edge gear to conceal its disappointment, primarily considering absence of preparing and charming absence of expert human power.”

This came only days after Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz selected Halevi as the new head of staff of the Israeli armed force to succeed Aviv Kochavi.
