Palestine: Israel digs up agricultural lands west of Bethlehem
Israeli occupation forces yesterday leveled agricultural lands in the Bethlehem village of Al-Walaja in the West Bank.
The head of Al-Walaja village council, Khader Al-Aaraj, said in a press statement that a large force of the occupation army stormed the Ain Jweza area in the village where it bulldozed agricultural lands and demolished stone walls across an area of four dunums (one acre).
The land belongs to Nasser Shehadeh, one of the village’s Palestinian inhabitants.
The Israeli occupation has been targeting the Ain Jweza neighborhood where it has demolished Palestinians’ homes, preventing them from expanding their towns and bulldozing their agricultural lands.
