Tunisia: Judiciary alludes to Ghannouchi for examination

The Tunisian legal executive yesterday alluded to the top of the Ennahda development, Rached Ghannouchi, for examination on account of the “Namaa Tunisia Association”.

Mosaique neighborhood radio detailed that “the principal analytical adjudicator in Office 23 of the Judicial Pole for Combating Terrorism chose to address Ghannouchi as a litigant in the analytical case connecting with the Namaa Tunisia Association.”

The station added: “The individuals from the Central Unit for Combating Terrorism and Crimes Affecting the Safety of the National Territory informed Ghannouchi, on Tuesday, of the request addressed to him by the insightful appointed authority at the Judicial Pole for Combating Terrorism.”

On Tuesday, the Financial Analysis Committee of the Central Bank of Tunisia reported the freezing of the ledgers of Ghannouchi and nine others, including his relatives. The choice was given after a solicitation by the primary insightful adjudicator in the Judicial Pole for Combating Terrorism at the Court of First Instance in Tunis.

Notwithstanding Ghannouchi, the previous speaker of the house, and one of his children, the declaration incorporated the names of previous Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali and his two girls, as well as previous Foreign Minister Rafik Abdessalem. The figures whose names were referenced in the declaration didn’t give a quick remark.
